Most orders will ship within 2 to 3 business days. Unless specified, orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail.
Please allow 3-5 days shipping time.

All of our candles are hand poured and assembled therefore products may vary
lightly from time to time.

All sales are final.  If your order arrives damaged, please contact us
immediately to initiate a return or replacement order. 
We will issue an RMA
number for you to include with your return.  The item must be returned in its original packaging and
we highly
recommend that you send it back to us with
a confirmation or tracking service. 


We receive many requests for giveaways and samples. Unfortunately, we are not able to accomodate all of the requests
received.  As a general rule...

Bloggers: We look for blogs that have more than 30 postings over the course of 6 months. Additionally, your blog should
have a minimum of 3000 visitors per month.

The criteria for donations for swag/goody bags is more stringent.  Event Planners: We require 3 weeks notice before
your event date.  Written acknowledgement or banner placement of our company in promotional & advertising materials
as well as applicable websites (with a link to our site if possible) is required.  In addition, we require event attendees to
be representative of a market segment that would be interested in our brand and our products.
